Cooked Apples
Ingredients
- Apples, cut into wedges
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Butter
- Pinch of salt
Steps
- Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
- Gently toss apples in melted butter and add cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Allow apples to cook for several minutes, turning occasionally.
Notes
- Don’t let the apples turn to mush by overcooking!
- This also goes great with sliced ham or ham steaks. Cook ham in the pan, and then throw all this in with it.
