Dutch Oven Roasted Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Lightly coat bottom and sides of dutch oven with oil
  3. Coat chicken with Salt/Pepper/Spices
  4. Cut Apple/Pear/Onion into wedges and stuff into chicken, along with herbs
  5. Cook for 1 hour with lid on
  6. Remove lid and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes to brown the skin
