Crunchy Garlic Veggies
Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp Bacon Flavored Olive oil, or Olive Oil and Bacon Bits
- 1 heaping tsp Crunchy Garlic (see notes)
- Green beans, 1-inch Asparagus pieces, Broccoli, or Cauliflower florets
- 1/2 of a Diced Onion
- Salt (or a splash of Soy Sauce)
- Black Pepper
Steps
- Heat Oil, Onion and Crunchy Garlic in a pan over medium-high heat
- Once it’s making a frying sound add veggies, salt, & pepper
- Immediately toss. Toss every few seconds until veggies are al dente.
Notes
- Crunchy Garlic is sold in Asian grocers as an Umami topping. Combo of toasted garlic, chili oil, and almonds. If you can't find it (or can't afford it) there are onion based options available in most grocery stores, sold as Chili Onion Crunch. If you use that, you can skip the diced onion.
