Grilled Cauliflower & Onion
Ingredients
- Bite-size Cauliflower Florets
- Diced Onion
- Minced Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- (Optional) Other Spices, see notes
Steps
- Preheat Grill (Very Hot – blast that thing) with perforated grill pan on it
- Toss all ingredients in large bowl: Veggies and oil, then seasonings
- Pour into grill pan and listen to the sizzle
- Every minute or so empty grill pan into bowl and toss, then add back to grill pan
- Continue until cauliflower is al dente but has blackened parts. (This is why you want very high heat on the grill) Usually takes about 5-7 minutes.

- Mustard powder
- Cumin
- BBQ seasoning powder
- Cajun seasoning powder
- Any German seasoning
- Goulash seasoning
- Korean Gochujang powder (spicy)
- Harissa seasoning (Tunisian/Moroccan)
- Italian or Greek seasoning
