Sautéed Kale

Steps

  1. Drizzle oil into preheated frying pan (Medium High)
  2. Fill pan with Kale (it will shrink a lot)
  3. Sprinkle all seasonings on top
  4. Add water/broth and immediately cover
  5. Let Kale cook down to about a third of original size (about 5-10 minutes)
  6. Remove lid and toss to fully mix in seasonings
